In addition to the terminator bitz Forge World has announced plague marines. I could not be happier with these sculpts. They capture exactly what Death Guard should look like in my opinion. Love the MKIII armor and the champion thats a direct sculpt of an older piece of artwork. More pictures here: http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/dgpa.htm

Forge World announced resin Death Guard conversion bitz for Plague Terminators. Very excited about this as the models look great. The champion’s head is a little off is my only real complaint; it looks too low in the armor. Check them out here:

When the twenty Primarchs of the Space Marine Legions were scattered across the galaxy in a mysterious accident, one came to rest on the planet Barbarus, a world wreathed in poisonous fog. This is the second chaos spawn for my new list. Figure consists of an original Unclean One leg & back section, sculpted belly/guts, new chaos spawn arms, and an old Tyranid squig part for the head.

Having added a few chaos spawn to my list I finally worked one of them up. This model includes bits from a Reaper ‘Fly Demon’, an original Great Unclean One, and a pile of green stuff. The bug swarms coming out of the creature were made using poppy seeds inked black and glossed.

I have always liked the idea of a Death Guard apothecary so I finally got around to putting one together. I have yet to write a detailed history for him however. Suffice to say that his skills with the human body assist him in spreading Nurgle’s diseases.

Make sure to check out White Dwarf 291 (UK) or 290 (US) for a special Death Guard Tactica article! I hope the words I have written will not only aid those who already play Death Guard, but perhaps I can help drag a few more followers to Father Nurgle.
