A ForgeWorld piece I acquired from a good friend of mine. I figured it looked pretty Nurgly so little conversion was needed. I replaced the hideous extra arms with some sculpted insect hive pieces and based it on an 80mm round base. Painted in my typical colors, I also added quite a bit of purple and green ink to make it truly disgusting. The rules for this beast are still in development, so I can field it as a variety of things until something official comes out.
